The Ingredients:-
- 2 pounds boneless pork loin
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 teaspoons chili garlic sauce
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, minced
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
The Instructions:-
- Mix the marinade ingredients and pour over your sliced pork.
- Marinate no less then 4 hours, however I would recommend marinating overnight.
- Preheat your grill to high. Place pork on grill and grill 3 minutes each side. Your done!!
- If you want a sauce to pour over it, boil your leftover marinade in a sauce pan for a few minutes until boils down and thickens. I then add rice wine vinegar to taste to thin it and decrease the sweetness and pour over meat.
