Below are the ingredients and the instructions on how to make Chili Chicken Salad.
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1 cup Celery celery
- 2 organic chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp. Chili Powder
- 1 cup Primal Mayo
- 1 tbsp. Paprika
- 1 cup red grapes
- Salt to taste
- Wash Chicken breasts. Cut into cubes.
- Bring chicken to a boil.
- Chop celery. Add to bowl.
- Cut grapes in 4’s. Add to bowl.
- Add sliced almonds to bowl.
- Once chicken is cooked through, remove from water. Add to food processor.
- Add chicken to bowl.
- Add chili powder. Mix thoroughly.
- Add paprika. Mix thoroughly.
- Add 1 cup Vegenaise to mixture. Continue to add Vegenaise until the consistency is to your liking.
- Salt to taste.
