Below are the ingredients and the instructions on how to make Chicken Brats & Root Beer BBQ Sauce.
The Ingredients:-
- 4 chicken bratwursts
- 4 rolls
- 2 TSP Salt
- 2 TSP Pepper
- 2 TBSP Olive Oil
- 1 cup good root beer
- 1 cup ketchup
- ½ cup white vinegar
- 1 TSP Onion Powder
- 1 TSP Garlic Powder
- 1 TBSP Tabasco Sauce
- 2½ TBSP Brown Sugar
The Instructions:-
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Toss chicken bratwursts with olive oil, salt and pepper. Cook for 30 minutes, turning every 10 minutes to evenly brown brats.
- Meanwhile make sauce.
- Place all ingredients in a medium saucepan and bring up to a simmer. Simmer till reduced by almost half, about 20 minutes.
- Preheat broiler.
- Cut rolls in half and brown under broiler, about 2-3 minutes.
- Serve brats on buns and drizzle sauce over brat.
