- Place four 12×18 pieces of heavy aluminum foil onto the counter. Lay one piece of chicken onto each piece of foil. Evenly divide vegetables and set next to the chicken on the foil.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the ranch dressing, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, sugar, and lemon juice. Drizzle evenly over each packet. Top with parmesan cheese.
- To close packet, double fold the top and ends of each piece of foil. Seal tightly so steam does not escape, but leave enough room within the packet to let steam gather.
- Place packets on the grill and cover for 15 minutes. Turn over then cook for 15 minutes more or until steak is cooked through and veggies are tender. *Optionally open the packet in the last 5 minutes and grill directly on the grill for a slight char.
- Open carefully and serve.
