How To Make Mushroom Gnocchi | Recipe

Below are the ingredients and the instructions on how to make Mushroom Gnocchi.

The Ingredients:-

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 pch cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Flour
  • salt and ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup prepared pesto sauce
  • 500 grams unwashed potatoes, peel, wash & chop

The Instructions:–

  1. . Cook potatoes in boiling water for 15 to 20 minutes. Drain well.
  2. Mash until smooth.
  3. Blend in mushrooms, flour, butter, parmesan and seasonings. Mix well.
  4. Knead for a few minutes on a lightly floured surface. Roll dough into cylinders about 2.5 cm long. indent each gnocchi with the prongs of a fork to decorate.
  5. Cook in small batches in a large saucepan of boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes (gnocchi will float when cooked). Drain and serve with pesto sauce.
  6. NOTES :Preparation Time: 45 minutes.
